Erectile dysfunction is a malady that affects men. The problem is that the man can not get an erection or cannot maintain an erection long enough to reach orgasm or please his mate. If the problem is physiological you may require medications and other treatments. Most of the medicines used treat E.D. are fairly new but well tested. There may be other treatments including injections, vacuum pumps and even surgery that can clear a blockage or install some form of implants.
